Sports Therapy massage to aid recovery and allow you to push harder in your session or aid the body come back from injury and back to the fitness level you want.
Your initial consultation not only involves as much massage as possible but dependant on your need, a detailed history, posture analysis and prognosis.
Every body is different, so will your treatment process be as well.
Follow-on massages are then conducted in accordance with your prognosis or recovery needs agreed during your initial consultation and could change as we work through your prognosis.

Initial consultation - £60 (60 -90 mins).
As well as massage, your first apointment includesposture analyisis, specific muscle tests and range of movement investigation if needed.
Follow on appointments - £50

* - on average thats 2 body parts (e.g. back & neck, or, legs and lower back).
Reduce the cost of monthly or a regular massage.
Looking to have regular massages? Let's help keep you moving freely with a reduced cost for paying regularily.
Direct Debit - £45 per month.
Entitled to one 60 minute massgage per month. Additional massages at £37.50 per hour.
Pre-paid block of 10 massages - £450*.
Ten massages for a reduced rate that you or someone else can use*.
* - Initial consultation not included. Can be used by another person if they have had an initial consultation previously.
Mobile massage appointments available.
£70 per hour.
Yes that's expensive but you get the convenience of having a theraputic session come to your home to help reduce your pain, relax and restore your body.
